We also provide you with your own USS's ID & iATA's IDs/Password. |

SEARCH
& BUY |
Although you can check our stock list even before your
registration, buying a vehicle is for members only.
Please search and select your desired vehicle out of our regularly
updated extensive stock list or search from Advanced Search option.
Then check the details of you have got interested. If you would like
to buy, simply submit 'purchase' button. |

FOB charges will be topped up on the price shown in our stock
list. This FOB Charges covers the following cost; |
|
1. Car delivery fee to sailing port
2. Arrengemt of vessel
3. Customs Clearance in Japan
4. Handling fee at sailing port
5. Arrangement of documents

You can also select either CIF or C&F. You have to pay freight
and insurance
The Invoice in CIF is FOB plus (Freight fee and Insurance cost) minus
adjusted deposit
The Invoice in C&F is FOB plus Freight fee minus adjusted deposit

Freight fee and Insurance cost is client's duty. Please check
the rough idea of your Freight on the Ocean Freight Calculator (members
only) and your Insurance cost on Insurance cost sheet. Please select
FOB, CIF or C&F as well as USD or JPY payment. |

RECEIVE
CONFIRMATION |
| We will send you an invoice within 2 working days to
your registered E-mail address. If you do not receive one, please
let us know. We can also fax the invoice as well if you need. |

PAYMENT |
| We accept TT (TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER) and irrevocable L/C as means of payment. |

You will need to pay the full amount within four working days. Please fax us the receipt of the remittance for confirmation within this time frame.
Delay of your balance payment without any notice will be considered as cancellation of the contract. We will not arrange shipment until the remittance is confirmed

| L/C: |
We accept L/C payment, however, there will be a couple of conditions: additional L/C charges and initial T/T of at least JPY 100,000 or US1,000$ a unit
Type of L/C must be confirmed irrevocable L/C 'at sight', desirably issued by Western standard Bank (we have the trustworthy list of Banks given by our Bank,
If your L/C is out of the frame of the list, we would not be able to accept. Please let us know which bank you are going to use before issuing L/C. |
| Additional L/C charges is JP 20,000 Yen or US Dollar equivalent (The total cost less than JP 10,000,000 YEN).

| NOTE: You can carry over your initial T/T to auction purchasing deposit, in that case, you have to pay full amount. |

& SHIPPING |
| We arrange prompt shipment worldwide at low cost.
The way of shipping depends on the condition of damage and the
location of the vehicle. In general, we have two ways of shipping
arrangement, PCC/Roll On Roll OFF and CONTAINER. |

As soon as we confirm your payment, we will arrange shipment.
Having said that, shipping schedule depends on various conditions such as your country and vessel availability. Please contact us about the estimated shipping date.
In some cases, storage charge would occurs. We try our best not to happen this. Normally this charge will be figured out before sending you an invoice. we will charge:

Service, FedEx,or DHL.
If you do not inform us of specific documents you need, we normally
send the following documents.
1: Bill of Loading (A copy of B/L for L/C)
2: Export Certificate
3: Shipping Invoice
4: Insurance Document(CIF only) |

OF VEHICLES |
| Pick up the vehicle(s) at your port or you may need to use your agent for custom agent for customs clearance. Make sure you bring all the necessary documents. Car registration is different each country you reside. Please contact your local authority. |
