1. Can I buy a car as a private car buyer?

Yes, but we don't know the law of your country regarding this. We cannot offer advice on the method you use to acquire a car or introduce you to a car dealer. Depending on the country, you may not be able to import some car models. You need to check your country's registration laws before you begin the purchasing process.

2.Can I buy a car/cars which are not listed on your stocklist?

Yes, you can. Please click "ENQUIRY" on top page, and send us detail. We have registered in almost all auction houses in Japan. Not only from the auction houses but also from our private route, we try our best to look for your desired car.   [Back To Top]

3.Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?

No, we don't give any warranty, but we disclose any interior/exterior damage, the distance the car has been driven, etc. We report this information in accordance with our vehicle grading system (Inspection Grade) by our inspector after doing general maintenance, so you can understand the condition of the car you are buying.   [Back To Top]

7. How often do you change your charges?

Currently we do not mean to change charges; however, it is highly possible that our charges in US dollar get adjusted if exchange rate between JP YEN and US Dollar changes dramatically,.  [Back To Top]

8. What FOB, CIF and C&F stand for?

FOB means Free On Board. This means that the goods will be deemed to be delivered to the Buyer at the point that the goods pass the ship's rail. CIF means Cost, Insurance and Freight. This means that the Seller is providing a price which includes the cost of the goods, the insurance of the goods for their journey to their destination port/unloading point, and the cost of the ocean freight or whichever method of freight is being used to transport the goods to the Buyer. C&F is also sometimes termed as CFR. This means cost and freight, and is where the Seller is providing a price which includes the cost of the goods and of the freight, but NOT insurance. Therefore it is similar to CIF but does not include insurance of the goods on their journey to the Buyer.   [Back To Top]
